Position: Tax Manager - Private Client Services

As a Tax Manager in our Private Client Services practice (PCS), you’ll work directly with a variety of high-net-worth individuals and families, helping them navigate complex situations including:

• Gift, trust, and/or estate tax planning
• Foreign entity and cross-border reporting
• Multi-jurisdictional and compliance challenges

You’ll have direct client engagement, the chance to collaborate with global tax, legal, and financial professionals across the globe, and have the opportunity to help shape, grow and drive the expansion of a fast growing  practice.

• You have experience working with private clients who have  complex tax profiles that may include trusts, estates, gifting, and/or cross-border considerations
• You’re familiar with key compliance processes for private clients and are excited to learn about or increase your knowledge of gift and estate tax, foreign entity reporting, simple trust compliance, and expatriation tax
• You’re energized by helping clients navigate unique tax planning opportunities and solving complicated personal tax issues
• You’re proud of your bachelor’s degree and CPA or EA designation

A reasonable estimate of the compensation range is $90,000 - $165,000. Actual compensation is determined by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant individual tax experience, qualifications, certifications and licensures, skills, and geographic location.
