Position: Director, Equity

GTN is searching for a Director, Equity to join our team. In this role, you’ll contribute to the growth in GTN’s Mobile Equity Services business line by obtaining new clients and generating revenue for the practice while ensuring assigned equity engagements are managed with the highest level of service.

• You are known for providing excellent client service to your equity clients
• You regularly achieve your KPIs/metrics and billable hours while providing your clients the highest level of service
• You are excited to represent the firm at equity professional organizations, meetings, seminars, etc. and participate in speaking engagements at various forums
• You have maintained LinkedIn and other related market presence initiatives to grow, sustain, and leverage personal network of equity professionals
• You use your technical knowledge to review the work of Senior Managers and Managers and provide guidance
• You’re proud of your bachelor’s degree, years of experience in the equity space, and CPA or Enrolled Agent designation

A reasonable estimate of the compensation range is $175,000 - $250,000. In addition to base compensation, this role may be eligible for performance-based incentives such as bonuses or commissions, which are tied to individual and/or company performance. Actual compensation is determined by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant mobility experience, qualifications, certifications and licensures, skills, and geographic location.
