Position: Tax Senior/Supervising Senior

GTN is searching for our next great Tax Senior or Supervising Senior. In this role, you will contribute to GTN’s growth by partnering with client leads to work on global mobility programs, including tax compliance and consulting projects.

• You have experience in the area of individual tax preparation and an interest in mobility.  You want to growing professionally by expanding your knowledge with assignment-related calculations, workpapers, and tax returns
• You are ready to perform or have experience in the initial review of tax returns
• You can easily communicate with all levels in an organization, and enjoy tax compliance consulting projects
• You use your researching skills to find out details needed to complete your projects
• You are familiar with or interested in learning about reviewing and tracking expatriate payroll, compensation, and other assignment related projects
• You are the first to raise your hand to help a team member, tackle a new assignment, or take on a new project
• You are interested in expanding your technical skills, and learning about the tax implications of unique and complex mobile employee scenarios
• You’re proud of your bachelor’s degree and you are working towards or interested in obtaining a CPA or Enrolled Agent designation

If you are an experienced tax professional ready to take the next step in your career, you may be a fit for our Supervising Tax Senior role. In this role you will have the opportunity to develop advanced technical expertise while building critical supervisory skills. As a Supervising Tax Senior, you will lead client engagement and tax counseling sessions and supervise the work of Staff and Seniors.

A reasonable estimate of the compensation range is $70,000 - $120,000. Actual compensation is determined by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant tax return experience, prior experience with mobility, certifications and licensures, skills, and geographic location.
